Established in 1940, La Consolacion College - Caloocan formerly known as St. Joseph Catholic School remains steadfast in bringing quality Christian education to many young people who seek to find a good foundation for their future and will continue to strive and be of service to its local and larger community.

Inspired by the Compassionate Christ, we, the Catholic-Augustinian Educators of La Consolacion College Caloocan, envision ourselves to become the leading learning institution, globally competent in empowering the nation through evangelization and excellence in education.
Mission
Moved by the spirit of Our Lady of Consolation, inspired by the life and teachings of St. Augustine and virtues of Mo. Rita and Venerable Mo. Consuelo, we commit ourselves to:
- Empower individuals of action-translated knowledge by reflections to accomplish God’s gifts of everyone’s utmost potentials
- Believe in the principle of shared responsibility and team effort as a way of life in the attainment of a common goal for the institution and its stakeholders
- Support the significance of research as instrument to continuous quality improvement for better learning
- Uphold loving and caring concern for people and the conservation of the ecological community towards a sustainable quality of life for all
