PROCEDURE IN COMPLETION OF INCOMPLETE (INC) GRADES

  • A student will only have a maximum of one (1) year to comply for an incomplete (INC) grade.
  • When in such case, the student is advised to immediately approach and talk to the subject teacher concerned for instruction and guidance. S/he has to:
    • Apply and request for completion of grades at the Registrar’s Office.
    • Pay the necessary fees for completion at the Finance Office.
    • Have the request for completion of grades form signed at the Dean’s Office.
    • Present the completion form to the subject teacher.
    • Submit the requirement/s agreed upon with the subject teacher to offset incomplete grade.
    • Follow-up completion grade from the subject teacher, who will be the one to turn over student’s official grade/s to the Registrar’s Office within one week upon student’s compliance of the course requirement.
    • Check and ensure from the Registrar’s Office that the incomplete grade has already been removed accordingly upon completion of requirements with the subject teacher.
